Direct, practical technical help since 2018

EasierIT began operating independently from Maroochydore in 2018. The business was established to give clients direct, practical technical help without unnecessary layers between the conversation and the person doing the work. Its services have grown from website development and support into web apps, mobile apps, internal tools, cloud infrastructure, AI integration and broader technical troubleshooting.

The work has covered ecommerce, civil construction, fleet management, equipment hire, car rental, fuel management and medical referral software. Depending on the project, EasierIT’s responsibilities have included Shopify optimisation, PHP and Flutter development, internal workflow systems, custom platform code, customer support, server maintenance and embedded-device troubleshooting.

Projects are normally handled directly over Zoom, with clear scoping, regular communication and practical handover. Onsite work remains available when hardware, equipment or workplace context genuinely needs to be inspected.

Local connection

Sunshine Coast based, remote by default

EasierIT has operated from Maroochydore since 2018, and the Sunshine Coast remains home because it is a good place to live and work. Most Sunshine Coast and Brisbane projects are run over Zoom because it is quicker to organise, easier to share screens and keeps work moving. Onsite visits remain available when hardware or workplace context genuinely needs a closer look.
