Razaball
Razaball is a UK-based direct-to-consumer shaving brand expanding into the EU, with a customer-facing Shopify ecommerce site and a separate web app supporting repeat purchases.
EasierIT set up the web app to give existing customers a straightforward QR-assisted way to order refill blades. Separately, we helped configure and optimise the Shopify storefront through page-speed work, buying-flow improvements and automated A/B testing.

Web app and Shopify optimisation since 2024
EasierIT has worked with UK-based Razaball since 2024 and continues to support the business as it expands into the EU. We set up a web app that uses QR-assisted ordering to make it easier for existing customers to purchase refill blades. Separately, we helped optimise Razaball’s Shopify storefront through automated A/B testing, buying-flow improvements and page-speed work. Together, this work has helped the business convert prospective customers more effectively and encourage repeat purchases from existing customers.

Moits is a major New South Wales civil contractor operating across civil and infrastructure works, bulk earthworks, demolition, remediation and haulage.
Our contribution was behind the scenes, working on the internal systems that connected field activity with payroll and management reporting.

Internal systems work, 2018–2020
From 2018 to 2020, EasierIT worked on internal systems for Moits, a major New South Wales civil contractor. We took over development of an incomplete system and updated its server-side component to receive and store data from the app, exchange information with Moits’ central business system, trigger payroll runs from recorded time entries, and generate reports for management. This gave office staff clearer operational information and made it much easier to organise teams working in the field.

The Fleet Office
The Fleet Office is a substantial fleet-management software business serving customers across Australia, with a strong focus on Queensland. Its connected platform covers GPS tracking, maintenance, compliance, hire, administration and operational workflows.
Our work was broad, with the largest contribution in ongoing platform and server maintenance. EasierIT also delivered substantial custom development, helped resolve customer issues and handled wider technical work around the platform and business.

Platform maintenance and development, 2018–2020
Work on The Fleet Office platform began before EasierIT was formally registered, with the relationship continuing under EasierIT from 2018 to 2020. The Fleet Office serves customers across Australia, with a strong focus on Queensland. EasierIT’s largest contribution was ongoing platform and server maintenance, alongside substantial custom development, customer issue resolution and broader technical support. This helped keep the live fleet-management platform reliable for the businesses depending on it each day.

EQUIPR Software
EQUIPR Software is a Sunshine Coast-based plant and mobile crane hire platform focused on scheduling, mobile dockets and timesheets, servicing, compliance and QR-based operational workflows.
Our contribution was on the Flutter app, developing new features and fixing errors in the live product. The work included an offline mode designed to preserve the operator workflow when connectivity was unavailable, along with updates to the equipment-management screen.

Project details
Flutter app development, 2025–early 2026
From 2025 to early 2026, EasierIT worked with Sunshine Coast-based EQUIPR Software, developing new features and fixing errors in its Flutter app. This included work on an offline mode that allowed the app to continue operating automatically when a network connection was unavailable, without interrupting the user’s workflow or losing core functionality. We also implemented updates to the equipment-management screen. This helped make the app more dependable for operators working in the field, where reliable connectivity cannot always be assumed.

Alpha Car Hire
Alpha Car Hire is a multi-location Australian rental business operating across major airport and metro pickup points with a large vehicle fleet and high day-to-day movement between branches.

Spreadsheet-based vehicle tracking, around 2019
Around 2019, EasierIT developed and delivered a detailed spreadsheet-based vehicle-tracking tool for Alpha Car Hire. Alpha Car Hire's IT person integrated the tool into the location managers' workflow. It gave managers a practical way to track vehicles moving between branches and see where cars were and where they needed to move next.

Fuellox
Fuellox is a Sunshine Coast-based, app-driven fuel-management platform for portable diesel tanks, combining smartphone workflows, cloud reporting, hardware control and fuel-security features.
Our work covered several layers of the product. We helped develop the app, built internal tools and troubleshot embedded devices connected to the fuel-management hardware.

App and embedded-system support, 2021–2023
From 2021 to 2023, EasierIT worked with Sunshine Coast-based Fuellox on its app-driven fuel-management platform. Our contribution included app development, building internal business tools and troubleshooting embedded devices connected to the fuel-management hardware. This work helped improve the reliability of the embedded system and supported the different software and hardware components working together as one product.

BeLinkd
BeLinkd is a Queensland-based medical referral platform serving healthcare practitioners across Australia. It connects practices, emergency rooms, specialists and surgeons through secure referrals, file sharing, patient notes and care tracking.
Our work was on the product itself. We built the PHP web app and Flutter smartphone app, giving practitioners access to the same referral workflows across browser and mobile use.

This made it easier for healthcare practitioners to exchange information and work through the same referral process from different devices.
