Local contact details
EasierIT is based in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast, with meetings arranged by appointment and usually held over Zoom.
Most meetings happen over Zoom because it is easy to arrange and ideal for sharing screens. Onsite visits can often be arranged without much lead time, subject to availability, when something genuinely needs to be inspected.
Longer-distance and Brisbane visits are considered individually, with the travel time and arrangements agreed before the visit is booked.
We usually respond within one business day. Normal contact hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, although work sometimes happens outside those hours. If your question needs a little more investigation, we’ll still acknowledge it and let you know when to expect a fuller answer.
