Some problems really are small fixes
The consultation is a hands-on working conversation. We can look at what is happening, talk through the symptoms, separate the likely causes from the noise and decide what would make the biggest difference first.
A lot of technical problems are not big projects. Many are 5-minute fixes once the right person is looking in the right place. Broken forms, confusing settings, missing tracking, plugin issues, access problems, small layout bugs and awkward workflow annoyances can often be understood quickly.
The consultation is not just a sales call. If we can safely fix something during the session, we will.
What can happen on the spot
If it is small and safe enough to fix during the session, we will do that too. If it needs deeper access, more testing, third-party approval or a larger rebuild, we will use the time to clarify the scope and the safest next step.
